Q1: In an industry as fast-paced and complex as forex trading, what does “let trust be seen” mean for your daily operations and long-term strategy?
Mosbah Fawzi: For us, let's trust be seen means making transparency part of the way we do business. In financial service, trust should be supported by clear information and responsible communication. We believe clients should be able to understand who they are dealing with. And verify important information for themselves.
Q2: You recently became one of the key players to adopt the WikiLicense and display its dynamic certification badge on your own website. What was the primary strategic driver behind this decision?
Mosbah Fawzi: The main driver was symbol. We want to make verification easier and more accessible for our clients, adding the WikiLicense Certification badge, giving a visitor another way to check our license information directly. For us, transparency is not only something we communicate. It's something we want clients to experience when they interested with our brand.
Q3: In recent years, the market has seen cases of cloned licenses, impersonated identities, and misleading information. What impact do these issues have on investors and legitimate brokers?
Mosbah Fawzi: This issues can create confusions and make it harder for investor to understand which financial company are trust worthy and probably license. At AUS GLOBAL, we believe clear identification and easy verification are important steps in addressing this challenge. The more transparent the market becomes, the easier it is for clients to make informed decisions.
Q4: How important is transparency of financial license information in building user trust and promoting the healthy development of the industry?
Mahmoud Hussain: It's extremely important. A license is an important part of financial company's identity. So the information around it should be clear and easy to verify. We believe that making this information more accessible helps create a better experience for clients. And encourage higher standards across the industry. For us, transparency is part of building a long term and responsible brand.
Q5: In your opinion, what areas should the financial industry continue to improve to enhance transparency and investor protection in the future?
Mahmoud Hussain: I believe the industry should continue improving three areas, clear information, simple verification and investor education. Technology can make regulatory information easier to access. While companies can do more to communicate and a clear and responsible way, when clients have better information, they are in a stronger position to understand the company they are dealing with and the risk involved.
Q6: How do you see the importance of a more transparent license verification mechanism for the financial industry today?
Mahmoud Hussain: Today, verification is becoming more important because financial information is everywhere, especially online. A transparent verification mechanism gives clients a practical way to distinguish reliable information from misleading client.
