I had a very bad experience with Markets4You. This broker is a scam. They deducted $409 from my MT5 account without any valid reason. When I tried to withdraw the funds, they simply refused to process the withdrawal. Their customer support is unresponsive, and they do not honor their promises

These guys were very good before but now they have many problems with deposits, I made a deposit since Thursday, today is Monday still they tell me same response from their copy and paste message of the department of finance is working on it but till now, nothing is credited and I have no hope for it. I NO LONGER RECOMMEND THIS BROKER!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Signed up for a reduced price trial for three months and forgot to cancel. They charged me almost $100 for another three months subscription with zero communication until afterwards, and refuse to give me a refund. The App itself might be ok, but customer Not a good experience! The overall process with pay is not great and cannot be equally.

My withdrawal says it’s “processed” but it’s still appearing under “Pending Transfers” Is it processed or is it still in progress? Not sure if this is a glitch or the messaging is unclear

I've been plagued by both slippage and margin calls, sinking into despair. Slippage haunts every trade like a ghost. In one GBP/JPY trade, the market was stable, but my order slipped by over 30 pips.

After earning a profit today, they withdrew all my funds, including my initial capital. They falsely claimed I had five accounts, which is untrue. I spent over three hours communicating with them.

Why can't I withdraw my money?

I wish they resolve the issue, but they refused to refund my money. They stated my account was in the negative, which is false, and proceeded to drain my account to zero. I feel deeply upset by this. The representatives were rude, unhelpful.

They're making an excuse to steal my funds saying My account has crossing with Samantha gross using their bot which is not accurate because I don't even know that person And I don't know what he has to do with my funds missing on my trading account

Why can't I withdraw my money? It is saying that I can't withdraw my money due to "History Activity in Your Account" which isnt helpful. It says all my money is available to withdraw but my account is blocked from withdrawal but I can obviously deposit money just fine. How do I fix this? because it is unfair been trading for a while

The Markets4you platform feels like a scam. In a 24-year trade on the British pound against the Japanese yen, I set a stop-loss at 150.00. However, when the market fluctuated, the actual stop-loss price was 149.50, a 50-point slippage, which directly led to a significant loss on that trade. I counted 60 trades I made on the platform over the past month and a half last year, and 40 of them experienced varying degrees of slippage. Slippage exceeding 30 points accounted for 66.7%. The platform also frequently restricts investors' trading operations during periods of extreme market volatility, preventing them from closing positions or placing orders in a timely manner. This has caused me to miss out on numerous stop-loss and profit opportunities. I urge everyone to be vigilant and resolutely resist this platform, which is full of deception and lacks integrity.

The Levels platform suffers from severe slippage. During a relatively stable gold market, where I frequently trade, I placed a buy order at $1,850 per ounce. Normally, slippage should be around $3-5. However, on Levels, the actual transaction price reached $1,858 per ounce, a staggering $8 in slippage. I carefully reviewed my gold trading history on the platform over the past two months. Of my 80 trades, 50, or 62.5%, experienced abnormal slippage (slippage exceeding $6). Furthermore, the platform's spreads are extremely unreasonable. While other reputable platforms typically offer spreads of $2-3 on gold trading, Levels' spreads frequently hover between $5-8, significantly increasing my trading costs. Beyond trading issues, the platform's customer service is also abysmal. Their customer service was extremely perfunctory, offering no substantive solutions to my issues. This platform has absolutely no regard for investors' interests and is a thoroughly deceptive platform.

Unable to withdraw more than what I've deposited. Over the years my investment has grown a decent bit, however, recently I've wanted to take some money out to fill up my lifetime ISA before the end of the tax year. I sold some stocks and tried to withdraw but discovered I can't withdraw above what I've invested? Asked the AI bot and it confirmed this. Is this true for anyone else? If this is true this seems really concerning which I have already taken some months trading already

Trade245 is rejecting all of my withdrawal requests. My current balance is 15.102 usd and I've trying to withdraw my funds but keep rejecting all the requests claiming lack of trading activity which is not true at all since I have traded 11 lots in less than a week, and they keep pushing me to trade more lots to be able to withdraw my money. They behave like a scam broker because they have no right to retain a customer funds. Now I have asked them to terminate my account and return all my funds to the credit card used to deposit but they don't respond. I think everyone should be aware of this broker.

I confronted them with a screenshot of my 2022 balance and my bank statements, but the customer service staff insisted, "You photoshopped the screenshot, and the platform's data is correct." They even threatened, "If you continue to complain, I'll freeze the remaining 20,000 yuan under the 'malicious questioning of data' label."

In March 2024, Vietnamese customer service sent me daily "2024 Commodity Data Backtesting Reports," claiming, "The platform backtested a certain agricultural product trading strategy using the past three years of data, showing a 95% win rate and 20% monthly returns." They even included detailed backtesting curves and profit data. I believed them and invested 100,000 yuan, which I had saved for expanding my business. However, after just two weeks of trading, I suffered losses on five consecutive trades due to "erroneous data signals" from the platform, resulting in a total loss of 70,000 yuan! I confronted customer service, and they said, "Backtesting data only reflects the past. Market volatility in 2024 exceeded expectations, and losses are a normal risk." It was clear they were using fake backtesting reports to trick me into depositing money!

In August 2023, I made a gold trade on this platform, following all the platform's rules and even taking screenshots of the transaction history. This year, I wanted to withdraw 90,000 yuan in principal from my account for turnover, but the Vietnamese customer service suddenly said, "The system retrieved the 2023 data and determined that your transaction constituted 'abnormal fraudulent trading,' a violation. Your account has been frozen and a 30,000 yuan fine is required to unfreeze it." I was stunned. How could it be considered fraudulent trading when I only made one transaction? I confronted them with screenshots of the 2023 transaction and the timeline, but the customer service staff still refused to acknowledge their mistake, saying, "The platform's data confirms the system is correct. Either pay the fine or your account is permanently frozen."

why always rejecting my withdrawals and there is no concrete reason for it. this shouldn't be happening like that please

Even if you lose money in one sector, you can make up for it in the others, ensuring guaranteed profits." They even posted screenshots showing "users earning 24,000 yuan in one month after purchasing the package." However, just three days after purchasing, three of the sectors plummeted, resulting in a 20,000 yuan loss in just one week! I contacted customer service, and they said, "Short-term fluctuations are normal; the data will adjust back." I waited another week, but not only did the market not recover, I lost another 30,000 yuan, for a total of 50,000 yuan! I confronted customer service, and they said, "The investment package is optimized based on historical data. The actual market has uncontrollable factors, and losses are borne by the user."
