I deposited money on PrimeXBT two weeks ago and now they won’t let me withdraw it. Customer service is useless, only sending pre-typed responses without real help. They even mentioned a strange “Do not honor” comment, but my bank confirmed they never refuse incoming transfers, nor have they heard of such an excuse. Credit card support also confirmed it’s the company’s fault. To make matters worse, I can’t even choose the same card I used for deposit as a withdrawal option. This feels like a clear attempt to block withdrawals.

OW Markets (One World Markets LTD) is a deceptive organization; I strongly advise against investing. I deposited $4,000 into account number 2522224, executed trades, and made a profit. Although most of my trades were open, the institution deleted my profit from my MetaTrader 5 account. When I withdrew the funds, they did not pay me the $6,906 I earned. I demand a refund of the deleted amount. Otherwise, I will share the information publicly, along with the evidence.

I am filing a complaint against Skyline Markets Limited for failing to process my withdrawal request. My account details: Client ID: CU6941 MT5 Account Number: 211295 Account Balance: USD 832 On August 13, 2025, I submitted a withdrawal request. Today, more than one month has passed, but my withdrawal has not been processed. In this time, I have made several follow-up attempts: 20 times I submitted MT5 to Wallet transfer requests 3 times I created support tickets 5 times I sent emails Still, I have received no response and my funds remain blocked. I deposited funds in good faith and completed all required verifications. My account is valid and active, yet the broker is not releasing my money. This shows serious issues with their reliability. Don't trade here, this broker is fraudulent and has no capital. I just registered and made a trial deposit of $50. Then, I scalped and made a profit of over $50. Suddenly, my MT5 account was deactivated. I saw the remaining balance on the portal. My profits were taken by the broker. and my account can no longer log in

They're not trying to help either on a Customer Service level,, alll i'm getting are classic pre-typed replies. Never have i seen or heard about a "Do not honor" comment, a bank refusing incoming money or a broker claiming fees on a withdrawal. I tried to contact my bank and they told me they never heard about that "Do not honor" comment either and that they wouldn't refuse an incoming money transfer. They told me to contact the Credit Card support service and they told me the same, and that i was the company's fault. I can't even select the card i paid with as the refund option

Scam broker: This broker scammed me my money... I was eagerly persuaded to deposit my funds, deposited and it didn't reflect, I opened another account and same thing happened

I met GVD Markets at a forex expo in Dubai and opened an account after completing full KYC. When I submitted a withdrawal request, they delayed it for over two weeks and suddenly asked for a Dubai bank account, address proof, and a new KYC video — even though I had already passed verification. I followed all their unreasonable demands. After 19 days, they claimed I made “irregular trades,” closed my account, and said I could only withdraw my principal. I agreed just to get my money back — but then I was locked out of my account completely. No response from support, emails, or the broker. My funds are gone. GVD Markets is a pig-butchering scam platform. They lure victims through expos, wait until funds are deposited, then freeze accounts and disappear. Stay away from GVD Markets! This is not a trustworthy broker — it’s a well-organized fraud.

I find it so disappointing and hard to place a withdrawal within a definitely amount of time and the system wouldn't respond to active commands immediately

I have deposited money on RoboForex 2 weeks ago and now i'd like to withdraw it and they won't let me. I used neteller/binance method and its rejected. I used visa/mastercard refund method, rejected, they told me contact your bank as mentioned do not honor! I contacted bank they told me they never heard about that "Do not honor" comment either and that they wouldn't refuse an incoming money transfer. I used visa/mastercard method, ( which i have to authorize new visa/mastercard) and deposit 0.1 usd but it getting declined! (I have only mastercard! , i have traded many times, deposited with mastercard and made profit!

I deposited 200$ in my account and payment was successful, After that my credit card got some security issue and it is now in bank custody So i excuted some trades and put withraw in my Skrill account but support said to me Please process your Passport verification i successfully passed it Then they said please process Address verification also so i did, After that i put withdraw again but once again declined and they said please process a screen short of your Skrill where it shows your name and address so i did and they verified it Then once again i put a withdraw request and after taking all my documents and skrill account screen shorts they again reject my withdraw and their support not giving me any reply so now tell me what i do now if it is not scam

i find it difficult to place a withdrawal from here and also receive it quickly, it's time consuming have lots of ads and ask for unnecessary information that are not required for the withdrawal

Small commissions are agreed to be withdrawn, but when the commission reaches a large amount, it cannot be withdrawn. I applied for a withdrawal of 28000USD, which has been reviewed for 14 days.Every time I ask the customer service, I answer that it is under review. They sent me a selfie verification email, saying that they could pass the audit after passing the verification. When I passed the selfie verification, they didn't abide by the agreement. Please agree to my withdrawal as soon as possible.

This broker is a scam. I can imagine they make a lot from slippage as commision. Their slippage is really severe at ond time that my account got blown few minutes after I opened a XAU/USD trade. I was so devasted as it has never happened before. My trading career took a hit from that event. Newbies, stay away from FXGT with every power you have. You will end up losing money my friend.

I was trading XAUUSD as usual, and in the middle of the day, Roboforex suddenly closed the Gold markets. Now I’m stuck in a trade that I can’t control anymore, and I have no idea how long this will last. Has anyone experienced similar behavior in the past and had any luck with support on these issues? For now, I’m hoping it’s just a technical difficulty and that they will compensate for any losses if they occur, but I’m not sure.
