I am filing a complaint against Skyline Markets Limited for failing to process my withdrawal request. My account details: Client ID: CU6941 MT5 Account Number: 211295 Account Balance: USD 832 On August 13, 2025, I submitted a withdrawal request. Today, more than one month has passed, but my withdrawal has not been processed. In this time, I have made several follow-up attempts: 20 times I submitted MT5 to Wallet transfer requests 3 times I created support tickets 5 times I sent emails Still, I have received no response and my funds remain blocked. I deposited funds in good faith and completed all required verifications. My account is valid and active, yet the broker is not releasing my money. This shows serious issues with their reliability. I request to investigate this case and take necessary steps to help me recover my funds from Skyline Markets. I feel it is my duty to share my experience so that others do not fall into the same trap I did with Skyline Trading and their representative Alex. On 27 August 2025, Alex from Skyline Trading contacted me and strongly persuaded me to place a trade in natural gas, despite my initial intention to only complete a fund transfer later in the day. Trusting his advice, I executed the trade. Within seconds, my account balance dropped by –USD 4,000 due to what he later called a “high spread.” In shock, I immediately contacted Alex. Instead of taking responsibility, he told me to place another order (a buy option). After following his instructions, my account balance showed a further –USD 700 loss. Please dont get in ther trap

Despite this, my experience has been deeply manipulative and financially damaging. After I posted a public review about unresolved withdrawal issues, I was contacted by a staff member named Hussain. He pressured me to delete my review, promising that Skyline would process my pending $3,000 USD withdrawal and remove the running losses caused by trades placed by their Relationship Manager (RM)—trades I did not authorize and were not my fault. Yet, the broker framed the removal of those losses as a favor, not a correction. Following this, I initiated a $3,000 transfer from my trading account to my wallet and then to my bank account. I have an account with Skyline Trading in the UAE and submitted a withdrawal request on 25 June 2025. As of today, the request is still pending approval. I have attempted to contact the company through multiple channels — including their official phone number, my Account Manager's number, and email — but have received no response. I also raised a support ticket via their online portal, which likewise remains unanswered.
