Landprime's customer support is pretty unresponsive. It took them almost a full day to get back to me when I reached out about my PLE verification complaint. The attached screenshot shows the proof.

The PLE verification process has been a real headache. It's taking way longer than it should—sometimes over a full day—and it's really frustrating because you're just stuck waiting. And I'm still waiting to get my money back from this company. Before sending this document to us, they kept us waiting for more than a month to withdraw money. And in our last conversation, the company's WhatsApp support line said that it would send us our money faster if we made a withdrawal by typing the TRC20 address in the bank transfer section. Afterwards, I did not receive a response to any of my messages and I have been waiting for my money to arrive for 1 month.

Hello, I made transactions through Land Prime company for more than 1 month. And I made a profit of like $1000. Immediately after I requested a withdrawal, my meta accounts were closed by land prime and my access to my account was blocked. We received an e-mail stating that this problem will be resolved within 2 weeks and we will be able to receive our money, but even though 3 weeks have passed, we cannot receive a response to either our e-mails or the messages we sent via WhatsApp. And we still haven't received our money! My Land Prime meta account number is 2173005, my registered e-mail address is fxyigit1@gmail.com. I requested a withdrawal of around 2000 dollars, but I still have not received any money, even my principal money. And I still can't access my meta accounts, I can't get responses to my messages.

I worked with this company for more than 1 month. And I made an IB agreement. My and 8 accounts under me were blocked from accessing their meta accounts. It was written in the e-mail that the research would be completed in 2 weeks, but 2 weeks have already passed.
