CXM Secures SERC License in Cambodia

Phnom Penh, September 7, 2026 - CXM, an international financial services company, today announced that it has obtained License No. 042 from the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC). The license was issued on August 12th and marks the next stage in CXMs development in Cambodia.

The SERC authorisation strengthens the foundation for CXM‘s activities in the country and reflects the company’s commitment to developing its local presence in compliance with applicable legal, regulatory and compliance requirements.
