General Information & Regulation of Qian Kun Futures
Qian Kun Futures Co. Ltd. is a financial institution approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and registered with the General Administration of Business Administration of Guangdong Province on November 05, 1993, with a capital injection of 150,000,000 RMB, headquartered in Shenzhen and with branches in Guangzhou, Kunming, and Beijing. Qiankun Futures got the approval from China Securities Regulatory Commission in 2012 ---- Beijing Gaohua Securities wholly acquired Qiankun Futures and increased its capital to 150 million, now it is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gaohua Securities. Qiankun Futures is a full trading and clearing member of Shanghai Futures Exchange, Dalian Commodity Exchange, and Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange, and also the first batch of futures brokerage companies to obtain the trading membership of China Financial Futures Exchange, membership number: 0203.
Main Business of Qian Kun Futures
Qiankun Futures is mainly engaged in trading brokerage of stock index futures, steel futures, gold futures, non-ferrous metal futures, agricultural futures, and other futures varieties listed on the China Financial Futures Exchange, Shanghai Futures Exchange, Dalian Commodity Exchange, and Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange and their related businesses. In addition, including but not limited to: risk management of commodity production and sales, hedging strategy design and implementation of operational programs, risk management of commodity traders' supply and sales, design and operational programs of hedging arbitrage strategy, simulation trading of stock index futures, consulting, training and trading agency of financial derivatives, financial investment portfolio design and risk management of financial investment, etc.
