No, Direct Hedge is not a legitimate broker. It claims to be regulated by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority, but upon investigation, we found no information to support this claim of regulatory licensure.
Instead, we discovered that the National Futures Association (NFA) had ordered Direct Hedge to pay a $70,000 fine due to its failure to maintain required communications records and to register an individual as an Associated Person (AP) and NFA Associate.
