Hola he transferido a Quotex atraves de mi billetera Prex y me dicen que no han recibido...desde Prex me confirman que fue realizado correctamente.Quotex se niega a dar solucion. Les mando comprobante y no me dan solucion.Solicito ayuda por favor.
