JFX Japan Verified: No Physical Presence Found

Purpose
The Japanese foreign exchange market is an important international forex market that developed after World War II, characterized by large trading volume and flexible trading hours. As a significant component of global forex trading, the Japanese forex market holds an important position in the Asian and even global financial system. To help investors or practitioners gain a more comprehensive understanding of forex brokers in this region, the fact-finding team conducted an on-site visit to Japan.
Process
The field verification team traveled to Japan as planned to conduct an on-site visit to forex broker JFX. According to public information, its office address is 1-12-7 Shintomi, Chuo City, Tokyo, Japan.
A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, with a sense of mission to strictly scrutinize for investors, went to Japan according to a well-planned schedule. They conducted a field verification of the broker JFX, which claims to be located at 1-12-7 Shintomi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo.
The inspection personnel arrived at the corresponding building, which is located in the bustling central area of Tokyo and is a fairly large office building. The surrounding environment is very prosperous, with a strong commercial atmosphere, busy streets, and various shops lining the area.
However, no signage or related information of JFX was found outside the building. The entire office building is occupied by a company called Heiwado, making it difficult for the inspectors to confirm whether JFX actually exists in the building.
The inspectors entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard. After communication, they were informed that there is no JFX company in the building and were not granted entry permission.
Since they could not enter the building, they were unable to reach the target floor to confirm whether JFX has any obvious signage or security measures. Not to mention entering to photograph the reception area and its logo, nor was there any shared office situation.
Through the building's glass doors, the inspectors could not observe the internal environment, decoration style, or employee activities of JFX. Overall, it was impossible to confirm whether it matches its claimed positioning.
Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker JFX does not exist at the above address.
Conclusion
The surveyor proceeded as planned to visit the forex broker JFX in Japan. However, at the publicly displayed business address, the broker's company name and other information were not visible, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine place of business. Investors are advised to make their decision after careful consideration.
