Process

The site inspection team went to the UAE as planned to visit the forex broker ETX Capital in person. According to public information, its office address is Tenancy 903, Level 9, Liberty House, DIFC, PO Box 506540, Dubai, UAE.

A professional and experienced site visit team, with a sense of mission to strictly vet for investors, conducted an on-site verification of the broker ETX Capital claiming to be located at Tenancy 903, Level 9, Liberty House, DIFC, PO Box 506540, Dubai, UAE, according to a thorough plan.

The site visit team arrived at the target building, Liberty House, which is located in the commercial area of downtown Dubai. It is a luxury office building with a bustling surrounding environment and a strong business atmosphere. However, no company logo or related information of ETX Capital was found outside the building.

The site visit team entered the lobby of the building, explained their intention to the security guard, and obtained permission to enter. However, no directory sign of ETX Capital was found inside the building.

Due to the inability to find relevant signage or directions inside the building, the site visit team was unable to reach the target floor (9th floor) to confirm the specific location, and thus could not enter the company. At the same time, they were unable to photograph the front desk and its logo, and the office is not a shared office.

The site visit team reached the corresponding office and photographed it, but found that the company there was not the investigated ETX Capital. Through the glass door, they could not enter and thus could not observe the internal environment of the office.

Therefore, after the site visit, it was confirmed that the broker ETX Capital does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion
