Purpose

The United Arab Emirates(UAE), particularly Abu Dhabi, has rapidly emerged as a rising hub for global retail forex and CFD trading, thanks to its business-friendly environment, strategic time zone, and continuously improving financial regulatory framework. As a key gateway connecting Asia, Europe, and Africa, the UAE hosts numerous brokers seeking international expansion.

For global traders, verifying whether a broker maintains a genuine, stable, and compliant physical office presence is a core prerequisite for assessing credibility. The Capital Market Authority (CMA) explicitly requires licensed firms to maintain a physical office. To present the actual operating status of forex brokers in the UAE, the WikiFX investigation team decided to conduct an on-site visit to Trader's Hub in Abu Dhabi.

Process

The inspection team went to the UAE as planned to visit the forex broker Trader's Hub. According to the broker's publicly disclosed registration information, its office address is: Office 201, 2nd Floor, CI Tower, Corniche Road, Abu Dhabi, UAE, P.O. Box 29983.

Committed to rigorously screening brokers and verifying their authenticity for investors, the team made full 

preparations before departure and conducted a detailed on-site inspection of this CMA-licensed broker.

The investigators systematically verified Trader's Hub's registered operating address in the UAE. With the assistance of navigation, the team arrived at the renowned 

Corniche Road in Abu Dhabi and confirmed that Trader's Hub's office is located in CI Tower. The building is situated  at core business district of Al Khalidiyah 

(also known as Al Bateen area) in Abu Dhabi, adjacent to the Corniche with a view of the Arabian Sea. The neighborhood houses government institutions, banks, embassies, and retail 

centers, offering convenient transportation. The tower itself is a modern commercial building, featuring 24/7 security, high-speed elevators, and central air conditioning.

It is a well-known commercial landmark in Abu Dhabi.

Upon entering the building, the investigators took the elevator to the 2nd floor and clearly saw Trader's Hub's company name and logo outside Office 201, matching 

the information on its official website. Upon entering the office area, the team observed the following:

The reception area displays Trader's Hub's brand identity. The overall decor is professional and clean, with clearly designated office, meeting, and reception areas. 

The environment is bright and tidy, reflecting the appearance expected of a legitimate financial services institution. During business hours, multiple employees were present 

and working, covering key roles such as customer support, technical operations, and compliance. Staff demonstrated professional competence and familiarity with the 

company's business processes.

Overall, Trader's Hub's office in Abu Dhabi demonstrated a regular and orderly physical operation. The office address is fully consistent with its publicly disclosed 

information, and both internal and external environments meet the standards of a qualified financial services institution. Based on on-site verification, it is confirmed 

that the broker maintains a genuine and active physical office presence at the registered address.

Conclusion

The inspection personnel proceeded as planned to the UAE to conduct an on-site visit of the broker Trader's Hub. At its public business address, the broker's office was found. Therefore, it can be concluded that the broker has a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
