To help investors or practitioners better understand forex brokers in the region, the on-site inspection team traveled to the UAE to conduct field visits.

Process

This time, the inspection team went to the UAE as planned to visit the forex broker BelleoFX. According to public information, its office address is 3501 office, 35th floor, Burj Al Salam building, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai.

The professional and experienced site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to strictly protect investors, traveled to the United Arab Emirates according to a meticulous plan to conduct an on-site verification of the broker BelleoFX, which claimed to be located in Office 3501 on the 35th floor of the building.

The site inspectors arrived smoothly at Burj Salam Tower, which is located in a prime location in downtown Dubai, surrounded by Dubai's bustling commercial streets, with many high-rise buildings, heavy traffic, and a strong business atmosphere. However, no company logo or related information of BelleoFX was found on the exterior of the building.

The site inspectors entered the ground-floor lobby of the building and told the enthusiastic front desk staff the purpose of their visit. The staff received them cordially, confirmed that the address was indeed correct, but also told them that the company was not in the building. After further inquiry, they learned that this ultra-luxury office building in downtown Dubai did not have a complete tenant directory on the ground floor.

Because the front desk explicitly said the company was not in the building, the site inspectors could not reach the target floor – the 35th floor – and thus could not confirm the specific location or enter the company's office. Naturally, they were unable to take photos of the front desk and its LOGO, and the office was not a shared office either.

Through the glass doors of the lobby, one could see that the building had luxurious interior decoration and advanced facilities, but the internal office environment of BelleoFX remained unknown. The overall situation clearly does not match its claimed positioning of having this office address.

Therefore, after the site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker BelleoFX does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The on-site inspection team traveled to the UAE as planned to visit the forex broker BelleoFX. At its publicly displayed business address, the company's name and other information were not visible, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine place of business. Investors should make their decisions after careful consideration.
