This time, the survey team went to the UAE to visit the forex broker CMV CAPITALS as planned. According to public information, its office address is Office 205 Lathifa Tower Sheik Zayed Road Dubai UAE.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to strictly safeguard investors' interests, traveled to the United Arab Emirates following a thorough plan to conduct an on-site verification of broker CMV CAPITALS, which claims to be located at Office 205 Lathifa Tower, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, U.A.E.

The inspection personnel arrived smoothly at Lathifa Tower, which is located in the center of Dubai, directly opposite a Dubai landmark, surrounded by a bustling environment with a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or relevant information about CMV CAPITALS was found outside the building.

The inspection personnel entered the building's lobby and informed the security guard of their purpose. After communication, although they were granted permission to enter the lobby, the front desk could not provide further information because they had no appointment.

Inside the building, no company nameplate for CMV CAPITALS was found, nor was the company's LOGO visible. Due to strict security measures, the inspection personnel could not reach the target floor 205 to confirm the exact location, nor could they enter the company's premises, and naturally could not take photos of the front desk or its LOGO. The office is also not a shared office.

From the lobby, the inspection personnel could not observe the company's internal environment, and it was impossible to confirm whether the overall situation matches its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the inspection, it was confirmed that broker CMV CAPITALS does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The on-site inspection team went to the UAE as planned to physically visit forex broker CMV CAPITALS, but at its publicly displayed business address, they could not see the company name or other information of the broker, indicating that the broker does not have a real place of business.
