With its advantageous geographical location, open financial policies, and advanced financial infrastructure, it has attracted the attention of many international financial institutions and investors. In order to help investors or practitioners gain a more comprehensive understanding of forex brokers in the region, the team conducted an on-site visit to the UAE.

Process

This team went to the UAE to visit forex broker ActivTrades as planned. According to public information, its office address is N1702A & N1702F, Level 17, EMirates Financial Tower, DIFC, PO Box 507112, Dubai, UAE.

A professional and experienced team, carrying out the mission of strict due diligence for investors, traveled to the United Arab Emirates according to a well-devised plan. Based on the aforementioned information, they carried out an on-site visit to broker ActivTrades.

The team proceeded to the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) based on the address information, and conducted an on-site verification of broker ActivTrades, which claimed to be located at N1702A & N1702F, Level 17, EMirates Financial Tower, DIFC, PO Box 507112, Dubai, UAE.

The team successfully arrived at EMiraTes Financial Tower. Located in the heart of Dubai, the building is a luxurious office tower surrounded by a bustling environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. The building's exterior is magnificent, exuding the aura of a high-end financial institution. However, no company logo or relevant information of ActivTrades was found outside the building.

The team entered the lobby on the first floor of the building. The lobby was luxuriously decorated, well-equipped, and guarded by strict security personnel. The team stated their purpose to the security guard. After communication, although they were permitted to enter the lobby, they were told that due to strict security, they could not go upstairs without an appointment.

Inside the lobby, the team carefully looked for the building's company directory, hoping to find relevant information about ActivTrades. Unfortunately, no sign of the company was found. Since they could not reach the target floor, they were unable to confirm whether ActivTrades had clear office area signage or security measures, let alone enter the interior. In addition, they were unable to photograph the front desk or its LOGO. The office is not a shared office.

Through the glass doors of the lobby, the team was unable to observe the internal environment, decoration style, or employee activities of ActivTrades's company. Overall, during this on-site inspection, no signs were found that the company exists at the aforementioned address.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that broker ActivTrades does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The team visited the UAE as planned to conduct an on-site inspection of forex broker ActivTrades. However, at its publicly displayed business address, the broker's company name and other information could not be seen, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
