AuroraEx, a United States-based multi-asset brokerage entity, is facing serious user allegations over how it handles deposited funds. Many users have accused the broker of failing to meet its payment obligations. Some have questioned the broker over possible trade-related foul play, while others have alleged that it scammed them through a Ponzi operation. This AuroraEx review examines these user-reported allegations and provides an overview of the brokers regulatory status.
AuroraEx offers various trading assets, including forex, commodities, precious metals, and cryptocurrencies. On its official website, the broker claims to provide fast trade execution, competitive spreads, and 24/7 customer support. The trading enterprise claims to offer advanced charting tools and bank-grade encryption. At the same time, AuroraEx advertises itself as having over a decade of trading experience, over 100K active clients, and a presence in over 50 countries.
While all these advertisements sound promising, the user experience mostly tells a different story, with scam allegations dominating AuroraEx reviews.
A Nigerian user reported that while AuroraEx paid 4% of the deposited capital for each cryptocurrency trade, it allegedly stopped paying afterward. When checked with the broker's team, the trader was informed of the temporary restrictions on his account, and if he failed to answer five valid reasons to join AuroraEx, the account would be frozen in 60 days. According to the user, this term was mentioned during account activation, prompting him to doubt the broker through this negative AuroraEx review.

A user from Ghana claimed a similar trading experience mentioned above. Elaborating on the complaint, the trader acknowledged 4% daily interest payments by the broker for a few days on crypto trading. The user termed it as a lure to attract more deposits, which allegedly get blocked later. Here is the user allegation report.

Another Nigerian user claimed that after depositing funds in the AuroraEx platform, he allegedly struggled to withdraw funds. Notably, the trader also referred some investors to the platform. Check this AuroraEx review for more details.

An Indian trader accused AuroraEx of robbing around 650 people across the country. The user claimed that the company's officials trap low-income people, make them suffer trade losses, and then close their accounts. Here is the review where the trader made these sharp allegations against the broker.

A client from Bangladesh reportedly hit out at AuroraEx for carrying out a fake website with fake trading and false reading. In this AuroraEx review, the trader advised users to stay away from it.

A user from New Zealand reportedly sought assistance from a fund recovery firm to recover his lost coins. Have a look at what the trader said.

The scam allegations against AuroraEx reportedly dent the broker's reputation in the forex community. This brings us to question its legitimacy. According to a report from WikiFX, a renowned forex broker regulation inquiry app, the broker does not hold any forex licenses. However, the report finds a license for the brokerage entity from the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network. The license number is 31000298380732. Here is the screenshot regarding this license.

Due to several negative reviews and a not-so-sound regulatory framework, AuroraEx received a score of just 1.88 out of 10.

The allegations reviewed in this AuroraEx review raise serious concerns about the brokers handling of client funds, withdrawals, account restrictions, and trading activities. Reports from users in multiple countries describe experiences involving delayed or blocked withdrawals, account closures, unusual payment conditions, and alleged misleading trading information.
AuroraEx also appears to have limited regulatory oversight, with WikiFX reporting no forex licence and assigning the broker a low 1.88/10 trust score. While user allegations alone do not establish that AuroraEx operates a Ponzi scheme or has committed fraud, the combination of repeated complaints, regulatory concerns, and claims surrounding client funds warrants considerable caution.

Orbex, a Cyprus-based brokerage entity, has recorded 30 exposure complaints on WikiFX, a leading forex broker regulation inquiry tool, so far. Other review websites have also recorded a healthy number of complaints against the brokerage firm. FCA warns Swift TradeX in a notice first published and updated on 1 September 2026. The UK Financial Conduct Authority says the firm may be providing or promoting financial services without permission, is not authorised, and may be targeting people in the UK. The notice names the website swifttradexai.com, a Worcester address and a UK telephone number, but also cautions that unauthorised businesses may use incorrect or borrowed contact details. The confirmed issue is authorisation status—not a court finding about every transaction. Anyone considering a payment should stop, verify the firm independently, and avoid using contact information supplied by the platform itself.
