Complaint Details:
Trading Account: [23779278]
Loss Amount: [USD 545.75]
Platform Name: Vantage
Event Statement:
1. Fundamental Failure of Platform Security Mechanisms (Platform security Failure)
I am a day trader with a trading account at Vantage. I have strictly followed security requirements by enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and using an independent, high-security Google email account. However, on [3/4/2026], an unauthorized third party was able to bypass all security measures, log into my account, and transfer all funds from my trading account to V-Wallet and successfully withdraw them, without triggering any OTP verification code or 2FA authentication.
2. Platform Ignored Risk Warning (Prior Warning Ignored)
I had previously explicitly informed Vantage internal personnel in writing that I did not need and did not trust the V-Wallet function, and clearly pointed out that this function was a major security vulnerability. However, the platform completely ignored my risk warning, refused to disable this function, ultimately leading to this loss of funds.
3. Suspicion of Internal Security Breach (Suspicion of Internal Compromise)
My Google email account showed no alerts for logins from unfamiliar locations, proving my personal security measures were adequate. The fact that the funds were transferred can only mean: either there is a backdoor in Vantage's internal systems, or the transfer logic of V-Wallet itself allows bypassing the standard 2FA security protocol. The platform's safeguards for client funds are virtually non-existent.
Demand:
Since the platform failed to provide a secure trading environment and remained inactive after receiving a clear security warning from a client, leading to the illegal transfer of funds. I demand that the Vantage platform take full responsibility for this negligence and fully compensate me for my financial loss.
Evidence Upload (Most Important Part):
Evidence 1: Screenshots showing funds transferred to V-Wallet, and the final successful withdrawal record.
Evidence 2: Key Evidence! Screenshots of your previous chat records or emails with internal personnel reporting "do not need V-Wallet\" or \"V-Wallet has a vulnerability\". This can prove the platform acted \"knowingly".
Evidence 3: Screenshot of the backend showing 2FA enabled status.
