经查实 ，该客户爆仓是因为当时的点差扩大造成的，点差未扩大前客户的净值为48.54，由于点差扩大到0.60，净值亏损74.34导致客户穿仓，该客户为STP账户，正常点差0.32，此次扩大属正常范围。
经核实，该客户经常拿投诉威胁。该客户曾多次在账户净值极低时锁仓，点差稍微扩大就会导致爆仓，并多次投诉平台要求赔偿。
