I am a retail trader, trading with my own funds in real trading. To prove my innocence, I have provided my official bank passbook statement to the support department, which clearly shows my name, Meghla Biswas, and proves that I have never initiated any refund or dispute. However, Global continues to fob me off with the same automated replies and refuses to release my funds. They are using this false accusation to steal clients' funds. I request an investigation into this matter.
